Operational Framework

System Terms

By accessing the Intertech ecosystem, you agree to the kinetic and legal conditions set forth in this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These System Terms govern your access to and use of Intertech Automation’s services, including our AI Core, neural robotics control systems, and associated digital platforms. By synchronizing with our infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these kinetic protocols.

2. Services Usage

Our services are provided for professional industrial applications. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our AI Core for the purpose of operational optimization.

Permitted Use

  • Industrial automation and orchestration.
  • Predictive maintenance analytics.
  • Kinetic twin development.

Restricted Use

  • Reverse engineering of neural fabrics.
  • Unauthorized redistribution of AI telemetry.
  • Malicious system overload.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Intertech AI Core, neural robotics algorithms, and all proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of Intertech Automation.

Your Property: All industrial data, facility telemetry, and kinetic twin models derived from your specific operations remain your exclusive intellectual property. We act solely as a facilitator of these kinetic assets.

4. Limitation of Liability

Intertech Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operational fluctuations, system synchronization downtime, or autonomous decision-making errors. Our total liability shall never exceed the fees paid for synchronization services during the twelve-month period preceding any claim.

5. Payment Terms

Synchronization fees are billed on a "Kinetic Cycle" basis (monthly or annually). All payments are due within 30 operational days. Failure to maintain a positive balance may result in temporary synchronization suspension and system fallback to manual mode.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration in accordance with international industrial standards.
